They look, feel, and sound identical to the stock Hitachi magazines. Yes, they can get damaged. The stock Hitachi magazines are just as prone to getting bent, or I wouldn't be buying replacements. In fact, they always seem to get buggered up in the same spot, right where those two holes on the side are that the coil spring covers when you pull the feeder to the back. Once that area gets misshapen, the feeder starts having problems sliding smoothly through that area, causing the gun to dry fire.
No coil spring or feeder is included. I didn't need those though. However, the feeder catch lever with spring is installed.
One minor issue. The Bolt holes to attach the magazines to the handles of the guns were too small. I had to ream those larger to get the bolt through.
